Job Description
As a Dispatcher Admin, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the activities of our company’s dispatchers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assigning drivers and vehicles to delivery routes
- Monitoring and tracking deliveries to ensure timely arrivals
- Communicating with drivers and customers to address any issues or changes
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all deliveries
To excel in this role, you should have excellent organizational and communication skills. Prior experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
