Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate scheduling and dispatching for deliveries and pickups.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including driver assignments and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize delivery routes.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and address delivery-related issues.
- Perform bank transactions, collect documents, and make timely payments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent with additional related education is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Motorcycle license B2 with no demerit offences within 2 years.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,800.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday
Ability to Commute: Shah Alam (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Shah Alam: Relocate before starting work (Required)
