Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the position of Director of Sports and Enrichment. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our sports and enrichment programs, ensuring their success and growth.
As the Director of Sports and Enrichment, you will provide leadership and guidance to our team of coaches and instructors, ensuring that our programs meet the highest standards of excellence in terms of quality and participant satisfaction. You will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive curriculum that fosters skill development, teamwork, and personal growth.
In addition, you will be tasked with managing the budget for the department, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve our goals. You will also play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with parents, community organizations, and external partners to expand our program offerings and enhance their impact.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in sports management and a proven track record of success in program development and execution. You should have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a passion for providing meaningful opportunities for children to thrive and grow through sports and enrichment activities.
