Job Description
Are you passionate about sports and creating enriching experiences for others? We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as the Director of Sports and Enrichment. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all sports and enrichment programs, ensuring that they run smoothly and provide participants with a positive and rewarding experience.
As the Director of Sports and Enrichment, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new programs, managing a team of instructors and coaches, and liaising with schools and community organizations to promote our programs and offerings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports management and a passion for providing enriching experiences for people of all ages. Excellent organizational and leadership skills are crucial, as well as the ability to think creatively and solve problems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for successful collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
