Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Director of Business Control. As the Director of Business Control, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of financial and operational control within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance and achieve company goals
- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management and control
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
