Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible in identifying nutritional problems, assessing the nutritional status of patients, developing care plans and monitoring the effectiveness of dietary changes practicing current evidence based nutrition care.
- Expected to coordinate with other healthcare professionals as a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal patient care.
- Responsible in educating staffs, student nurses, and the public on current food and nutrition issues.
- Responsible in monitoring the food service operation to ensure that it is operating in accordance to the nutritional, safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
