Job Description
Responsibilities and Main Duties:
- Receive food orders from ward and assist in the kitchen as per patient load.
- Handle diet calls from the ward.
- Prepare food labels according to orders.
- Maintain records of all food orders for the kitchen.
Requirements & Special Skills Needed:
- Knowledge and experience in food handling.
- Proficiency in computer usage.
- Preference for Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Food Service.
Work Location:
- Dietetics and Service Department, Serdang Hospital
Work Hours:
- Morning Shift: 5.00 AM – 2.00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 11.00 AM – 8.00 PM
