Job Description

Responsibilities and Main Duties:

• Receive food orders from ward and assist in the kitchen as per patient load.
• Handle diet calls from the ward.
• Prepare food labels according to orders.
• Maintain records of all food orders for the kitchen.

Requirements & Special Skills Needed:

• Knowledge and experience in food handling.
• Proficiency in computer usage.
• Preference for Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Food Service.

Work Location:

• Dietetics and Service Department, Serdang Hospital

Work Hours:

• Morning Shift: 5.00 AM – 2.00 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 11.00 AM – 8.00 PM
