Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Development Coordinator to join our team. As a Development Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization’s growth and development initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of fundraising campaigns and events
- Identifying and researching potential donors, sponsors, and partners
- Creating and maintaining accurate donor databases and records
- Preparing grant proposals and funding requests
- Monitoring and reporting on the progress and impact of development projects
The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Additionally, strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this position.
