Job Description
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Dessert Store Crew. As part of our Food and Beverage team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality desserts.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of desserts, including ice cream, cakes, and pastries
- Taking customer orders and ensuring accuracy in food preparation
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dessert store area
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer inquiries and complaints
To qualify for this position, you should:
- Have a passion for desserts and an eye for presentation
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Possess a high level of attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Be flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
