Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all despatch services in the company such as banking matters, bank-in cheques.
- Deliver and pick up the documents and parcel to all assigned areas.
- Must be familiar with the HR related documents (HRDF, KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN and etc.) and keep the information private and confidential.
- Involve in Immigration and related matters.
- Maintain proper filing of documents and keep record of your travel locations.
- To maintain all the data accurate and confidential.
- Any relevant ad-hoc task and general administrative support assigned from time to time by the Management.
- To attend any other ad-hoc matters as assigned by the company or the Management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Possess a valid motorcycle license with B2 category.
- Must be familiar with routes around KL, Klang Valley and Putrajaya area.
- Possess strong sense of responsibilities, trustworthy and committed.
- Must be able to work independently and efficiently within time constraints.
- Good communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Must be able to converse in English and/or Malay language.
- Applicants must be willing to travel to the assigned location in regards to work.
- Must be willing to work on alternate Saturdays.
- Guidance will be provided for the successful applicant.
- Able to start immediately.
