Job Description
Perform proper stock management by maintaining a fully stocked store and store condition by following visual merchandising standards.
Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that follow the company’s plans and communicate them to staff.
Attend to customers’ needs by providing proper greetings and recommending items that match their needs.
Provide additional services to customers at Fresh Market (Meat & Seafood Department) by cutting fish, poultry, and meat.
