Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in managing the department operations, with a core focus on merchandising and store operations.
- Maintain good customer and supplier relations.
- Ensure the sales performance of the department.
- Assist the Store Manager in managing inventory management and accuracy.
- Control shrinkage and ensure safety and hygiene compliance.
- Assist in learning and development initiatives.
- Handle other related business matters.
