Job Description
Requirements:
- Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Melayu and English, additional language is an advantage
- With/without experience
- Good interpersonal skills
- Pleasing personality
- Committed & willing to learn
- Computer literate
- Willing to work on weekends (6 days a week)
Responsibility:
- Welcome customers in the dental office
- Assist doctor during treatment
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the clinic
- Well-organized and reliable
- Prepare customers for treatments or check-ups ensuring their comfort
- Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed
- Sterilize instruments according to regulations
- Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked
- Schedule appointments
- Register patients, book appointments, make phone calls, cashier
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
