Job Description
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at Sepa Dental Clinic. While experience is preferred, on-the-job training is available for the right candidate.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service and warm hospitality to all patients
- Handle incoming messages & calls, manage appointments, and assist with patient registration
- Promote oral health, maintain surgery hygiene, and handle billing processes
Job Requirements:
- Pleasant demeanor, customer-focused, and fluent in Mandarin, English & Malay
- Available from 9.15am-6.15pm, six days a week including weekends
- Previous experience in customer service or reception is preferred
