Job Description

Klinik Pergigian Aidentist is seeking friendly and customer-oriented candidates for the position of Dental Clinic Receptionist. The responsibilities include:

• Welcoming patients to the clinic
• Managing doctors’ and patients’ schedules and appointments
• Responding to patient inquiries via phone and WhatsApp
• Providing excellent customer service to every patient
• Handling administrative tasks at the clinic
• Providing medication and dental care instructions to patients

Candidates should possess the following traits:

• Friendly and approachable
• Able to multitask
• Interest in customer service roles
• Disciplined and punctual
• Organized in task execution

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
