Full job description:
- Provide excellent customer service, explain dental packages, and procedures to patients.
- Assist in scheduling and managing patient appointments.
- Support daily clinic operations for smooth patient flow.
- Ensure consistent patient experience and coordinate doctor’s needs.
- Resolve patient concerns to maintain high satisfaction.
- Assist in dental procedures with good interpersonal skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum SPM/Certificate in relevant field.
- Prior experience in a dental clinic preferred.
- Confident, reassuring, and a team player.
- Willing to learn and relocate to Kuala Lumpur.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 – RM2,200.00 per month
