Job Description
Focus on Malay food preparation.
1. Preparation of mise-en-place as per recipe and daily food production.
2. Ensure proper storage of food in assigned areas.
3. Assist the steward to maintain sanitation and hygiene in various kitchen outlets.
4. Other duties as directed by Superior from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
