Job Description
As a Demand Planning Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, historical data, and forecast accuracy to develop demand forecasts. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to create accurate demand plans, assess inventory levels, and optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Lead demand planning meetings and communicate forecast changes
- Utilize advanced statistical models and software to improve forecast accuracy
- Monitor key performance indicators and adjust plans accordingly
- Develop strategies to manage demand variability and minimize stockouts
