Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- To prepare all Delivery related documents and forms, such as Sales Order, Delivery Order, Invoice, Packing List, Barcode, Part Card, and Store Card.
- To monitor and follow up customer’s delivery schedule.
- To coordinate with all other related departments to ensure on-time delivery.
- To be responsible for transport arrangements.
- To monitor and record outgoing goods for delivery.
- To counter-check the return of Delivery Order daily.
- Ensure proper and accurate filing of all delivery-related documents.
- To monitor cleanliness in the work area by maintaining the principles of 5S and safety requirements at all times.
Job Requirements:
- At least Diploma holder
- 3 years working experience in a manufacturing environment
- Computer literate
- Good in details and accuracy
- Good organizing skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
