Job Description
We are currently seeking a full-time Defect Inspector for our company, AMK Technology Sdn Bhd, located in Kuala Lumpur. The position also offers the flexibility for some remote work. As our Defect Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and quality of our residential properties by conducting visual inspections, documenting defects, and recommending corrective actions. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a strong sense of responsibility are essential qualities for this role.
Qualifications:
- High school (SPM), diploma, or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (No experience candidates are welcome as training will be provided)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team with minimal supervision
- General knowledge of construction and building codes
- Willingness to travel within KL-Selangor (Klang Valley)
- Must have own transportation (motorcycle / car)

Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
