Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Debt Recovery Officer to join our team at My Recovery Management Sdn Bhd. Your responsibilities will include:
- Calling customers to discuss payment terms and plans.
- Handling inquiries and complaints.
- Developing strategies to recover unresolved payments.
- Investigating and resolving payment or account issues.
Requirements:
- Malaysian citizen, aged 19-35.
- Fluency in Bahasa Melayu.
- Positive attitude and good work ethics.
