Job Description
We are currently seeking individuals for the position of DC Pick Team Member at Cotton On Group. As a DC Pick Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely picking of products in our distribution center. This role requires attention to detail, physical agility, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Picking products accurately according to order specifications
- Ensuring products are properly packed and labeled
- Operating equipment and machinery safely
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet productivity targets
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
- Good communication and teamwork skills
