Flash Express, a courier company established in Thailand for over 3 years, is expanding to Malaysia and seeking dedicated individuals to work in the following areas.
Job Scope:
- Oversee warehouse operations; handling packaging and organizing. Minimize losses and damages efficiently.
- Communicate with customers and relevant parties through all channels. Provide advice and resolve basic issues in delivery-reception. Responsible for verifying qualification information and meeting deadlines.
- Review and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for packages – resolve pending deliveries or related issues promptly to ensure timely deliveries.
- Responsible for creating daily income reports. Check the financial system in the branch to assess daily operational performance.
- Learn and adapt to new technology advancements. Implement in effective administration.
- Execute assigned tasks and projects by branch supervisor.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM2,200.00 per month
