Flash Express, a courier company that has been established in Thailand for over 3 years. We are expanding to Malaysia and currently seeking motivated individuals to work in the following areas.
Job Scope:
- Maintain warehouse operations; storing and arranging packages. Minimize losses and damages effectively.
- Communicate with customers and relevant parties through all communication channels. Provide advice and resolve basic issues related to receiving and delivering packages. Ensure compliance with standards and deadlines.
- Review and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for packages – resolve outstanding delivery balance or related issues promptly to ensure timely delivery.
- Responsible for daily revenue reporting. Review financial systems at the branch level to evaluate daily operational performance.
- Learn and keep updated on new technology developments related to administration for effective implementation.
- Perform assigned tasks and projects by branch supervisor.
