Flash Express, a courier company that has been established in Thailand for over 3 years. We are expanding to Malaysia and currently looking for interested individuals to work in the following areas.
Job Scope:
- Maintain warehouse operations; storing and arranging packages. Minimize losses and damages efficiently.
- Communicate with customers and relevant individuals through all communication channels. Provide advice and resolve basic issues in receiving and delivery. Responsible for verifying standard information and meeting deadlines.
- Review and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for packages – resolve delivery balance or related issues and promptly resolve them to ensure packages are delivered on time.
- Responsible for generating daily income reports. Check the financial system in the branch responsible for evaluating daily operational performance.
- Learn and stay updated with new knowledge in related technology. Implement effective administration.
- Perform other tasks and projects assigned by branch supervisors.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM2,200.00 per month
