Job Description
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunications), or equivalent.
- Proficiency in multiple database systems, including but not limited to MySQL, MS SQL SERVER, Postgres, Oracle, NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.), etc.
- Experience with various database management tools such as MySQL Workbench, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), Toad, DBeaver, etc.
- Strong interest and experience in:
- Basic DB task; Querying, optimizing, updating, and managing databases.
- RDBMS & Non-relational database architecture, performance tuning, handling and scaling.
- Non-Relational for specific use cases like high availability, and handling unstructured data.
- SQL and PL/SQL development and optimization.
- Working with various database systems (installation, administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, health checks, etc.).
- Logical and technical database design for OLTP applications.
- Data cleansing, migration, and integration.
- Implementing database security and backup procedures.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities with the capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
