Full Time Selangor January 15, 2024 – May 14, 2024 Admin & Office Support – Healthcare & Life Science – IT – Software
- Salary RM5,00 – RM7,00
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Job Descriptions:
- Manage all aspects of data processing/mining (mappings, links, cleaning, harmonizing, etc)
- Analyze relevant data (sales, Segmentation & Targeting, etc) and provide relevant business insight/expertise for data analytics and insight generation.
- Liaise with local affiliates or regional teams to provide appropriate business insights and priorities and address issues with solutions
- Prepare report and analysis to support business discussion and decision-making with insights aligned with affiliate and region
- Manage reporting timeline to provide accurate and timely delivery to commercial teams
- Database maintenance
- To perform routine validation on availability and accuracy, raise issues, communicate with troubleshooting IT personnel, follow up on the progress, keep track of a list
- Prepare necessary documentation related to dashboards
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor Degree in Business or other relevant qualification
- 4-5 years of relevant working experience in managing & interpreting data
- Able to effectively analyze and interpret data and present recommendations.
- Strong competency with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint. Knowledge of Veeva, PowerBI Visualization Dashboard skills is an advantage.
- Excellent oral and written English communication, capable of making effective presentations.
- Problem-solving, driven, resourceful
- Experience working with a business intelligence system, excel, reporting
