Job Description
● Inputting, organizing, and cataloging data
● Responsible for performing quality control checks, identifying job problems, and ensuring that job orders are completed according to schedule
● Process documents and verify the accuracy of clients’ information
● Includes parts of customer service, calling clients to check the information in the databases, spreadsheets, and documents
● Communicate with vendors to ensure the smoothness of the entire process
