Job Description:
The successful candidate will review customer participation details, ensure accurate data entry, process submissions per our SLA, and provide effective solutions to customer queries. Coordination with the IT department and assisting with ad-hoc tasks will also be required.
Job Requirement:
Candidates should have at least SPM, STPM, or a Diploma. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is necessary, along with good communication skills in Malaysia’s three main languages.
Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM2,200.00 per month
