Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Extract, review, and organize learning materials from the existing platform to new platform
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of transferred content by following all relevant standards & procedures prepared by our teams
- Collaborate with the person in charge to facilitate the smooth transition of content to the new platform.
- Troubleshoot and address any issues related to content migration.
- Work closely with the team to resolve any discrepancies or errors.
- Maintain detailed documentation of the extraction and migration process
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.
Requirements:
Technical Skills
- Basic computer skills (especially excel)
- Basic coding skills is a plus
- Teachable person
- Strong ability to adapt and fast learner
Qualifications
- IT or Design and Art education background or equivalent (preferred, not necessarily)
- Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, English
- Experienced in data extraction would be an added advantage (not necessarily)
- Own laptop pre-installed with Microsoft Office’s app. Having Adobe Photoshop installed is a plus
Job Type: Part-Time, Contract
Contract Length: One month
Salary: RM10/hour
Schedule: Day Shift (Monday to Friday)
Location: Menara TSR, Mutiara Damansara (able to relocate)
