Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.
- Update customer information in a database.
- Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistake.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
- Update existing data.
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Sort and organize hard copies of paperwork after entering data.
- Provide data entry support across departments on an ad-hoc basis.
Requirements:
- Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.).
- Basic knowledge of databases.
- Good communication skills in Malay and English, as well as customer service abilities.
- Great attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent degree is required.
Job Types: Internship, Fresh graduate
Salary: RM200.00 – RM400.00 per month
