Job Description
Job Title: Verification Specialist
- Upto RM600 Monthly Performance Bonus
- Free Lunch 3 times per week
- 50% subsidized on Apartment Rental
The BIG Picture – The Verification Specialist (VS) is to make outbound calls and emails to verify the information provided by job applicants versus information provided by the respondents.
Job Description:
- To send emails and messages to the right contact and input verification results into system.
- To achieve the weekly and monthly KPI’s assigned by the Manager.
- Accountable for your own work output and quality of work.
- To ensure task assigned are completed before deadline and the queries are responded to within the agreed response time.
Required Skills:
- Entry Level: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Fast typist with 40 words per minute (will be tested during 1st interview).
- Target oriented.
- Detailed oriented.
- Various tests will be conducted during the 1st interview.
Location: Kelana Jaya (10 minutes walk from Paradigm Mall)
Work days: Monday – Friday
Work hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: RM2,500.00 per month
