Job Description
- Inputting, organizing, and cataloguing data
- Responsible for performing quality control checks, identifying job problems, and ensuring that job orders are completed according to schedule
- Process documents and verify the accuracy of clients’ information
- Include parts of customer service, calling clients to check the information in the databases, spreadsheets, and documents
- Communicate with vendors to ensure the smoothness of the entire process
