Job Description
Provide operational admin & data entry support to the parts department
- Key in data (i.e. parts bar code/customer return or delivery details, etc) into company’s system
- Update checklist from server
- Documentation & Filing works
- Assist in preparing invoice, quotation, etc.
- Liaise with other teams (i.e. logistics, purchasing, etc.) on orders, delivery, payment, etc.
- Any other tasks assigned from time to time.
Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in any studies.
- Some administrative experience is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (must be comfortable with routine back-end office tasks).
- Computer literate with good typing skills (basic MS Excel, Word knowledge).
- Positive working attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work at Subang – One City (own transport preferred).
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM2,00.00 per month
