Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry/Administrative Support. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data, as well as providing administrative assistance as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into our database accurately and efficiently
- Perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Provide administrative support to various teams within the organization
- Handle incoming emails and inquiries, routing them to the appropriate individuals
Requirements:
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative support is preferred
- Proficient in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
