Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry/Administrative Support. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data, as well as providing administrative assistance as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data into our database accurately and efficiently
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Provide administrative support to various teams within the organization
  • Handle incoming emails and inquiries, routing them to the appropriate individuals

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in data entry or administrative support is preferred
  • Proficient in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
