Job Description
To provide level 1 security activities monitoring from SOC and Level 1 incidence handling.
Monitor and secure clients’ network infrastructure and mission-critical information by 24/7 security monitoring & surveillance.
To analyze potential cyber breaches, respond, and escalate security incidents to Customer without violating the SLA.
Daily cyber threat intelligence treats consolidation for Vulnerability Threat Notification.
Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports for customers.
Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
Communicate security and compliance issues to our clients effectively and appropriately.
Keep oneself updated on current cybersecurity trends and news.
Conduct monthly, weekly, or ad-hoc scanning for suspicious activities, applications, malware, and vulnerabilities.
