Job Description
Vivar Printing Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated Customer Support representative to manage daily communications with customers regarding operations, quotations, and prompt email responses. Responsibilities include issuing and updating dockets, verifying Purchase Order specifications, checking final proofs before production, and visiting the production area for updates. The role also requires collaboration with QA and preparing shipment materials.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM2,500.00/month
Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement, free parking, maternity leave, promotion opportunities, parental leave.
Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
