Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support representative in the Travel/Tourism industry. As a Customer Support representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate and friendly assistance to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Offer expert advice and recommendations on travel destinations, accommodations, and attractions.
- Process customer bookings, payments, and cancellations efficiently.
- Keep up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and [optional: additional languages].
- Passion for travel and knowledge of travel destinations, tourism, and cultural attractions.
- Familiarity with booking systems and travel software is a plus.
