Job Description
We are seeking a talented Customer Support Translator & Interpreter who is fluent in Mandarin to join our team. As a Customer Support Translator & Interpreter, you will play a vital role in ensuring effective communication and providing exceptional service to our Mandarin-speaking customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Translating and interpreting conversations, emails, and documents between Mandarin and English for customer support purposes.
- Assisting Mandarin-speaking customers with inquiries, requests, and issues they may encounter.
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing concerns, resolving problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the customer support team to improve processes, create support materials, and enhance the overall customer experience.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong fluency in both Mandarin and English, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in customer support or translation/interpretation is preferred.
