Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Support Agent to join our Customer Support team. As a Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer-centric approach. Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not required as training will be provided.
