Job Description
JPS Fashions (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Support Officer (Online) responsible for addressing online shoppers’ inquiries, recommending solutions, and assisting customers with our E-Commerce platform’s features and functionalities. The role also involves performing clerical tasks as needed.
Responsibilities include:
- Professionally and timely addressing customer queries.
- Providing feedback on customer comments and complaints.
- Identifying customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Managing order returns and liaising with the Admin officer.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM2,400.00 – RM3,200.00 per month
