Job Description

The Customer Support Officer (Online) is responsible for resolving online shopper’s queries, recommending solutions, and guiding the customers through features and functionalities. The incumbent also is expected to perform clerical tasks for the E-Commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to customer’s queries professionally, timely, and in an accurate way on the E-Commerce platforms.
  • Provide feedback to the customer’s comments and complaints.
  • Identify and analyze customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Update our databases on any issues and feedback received from customers.
  • Ensure all the materials for courier and delivery of goods are ready and liaise with the Admin officer for necessary arrangements.
  • Manage returns of orders.
  • Perform any other task as and when required by the Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,400.00 – RM3,200.00 per month
