Job Description
We are currently looking for a Customer Support (Mandarin Speaker) to join our team. As a Mandarin-speaking Customer Support, you will be responsible for assisting our Mandarin-speaking customers in resolving their inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and emails from Mandarin-speaking customers, providing timely and accurate information.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and guide them through problem-solving steps.
- Resolve customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records by documenting interactions and updates in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in customer support or related role is a plus.
