Job Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Support (Mandarin Speaker) to join our team. As a Mandarin-speaking Customer Support, you will be responsible for assisting our Mandarin-speaking customers in resolving their inquiries and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from Mandarin-speaking customers, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and guide them through problem-solving steps.
  • Resolve customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate customer records by documenting interactions and updates in our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Prior experience in customer support or related role is a plus.
