Job Description: We are seeking a motivated individual fluent in Cantonese to join our IT support helpdesk team. Responsibilities include providing technical assistance to Cantonese-speaking users, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining support systems. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Cantonese and English
- Experience in IT support
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Windows/Mac systems and network protocols
