ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer queries via phone
• Escalate priority issues
• Provide inputs on process changes
• Stay updated with new updates
• Maintain exemplary attendance
• Adhere to supervisor’s ad-hoc responsibilities

Key Deliverables (KRA Measure):

• Exemplary customer satisfaction
• Meet quality standards
• Complete 9 hours of staffed time
• Maintain KPI targets

Applicant’s Specifications & Qualification:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1)
• Passionate about customer service
• Open to rotational and night shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM7,00.00 – RM9,00.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift (Mon-Fri)
• Night shift

Supplemental pay types:
