Job Description

What We Offer:

Basic Salary: RM 2,00.00 – RM 2,300 per month

KPI & Attendance Allowance: Up to RM500

Night Shift Allowance: Up to RM400

Total Salary Range: RM2,500.00 – RM 2,900.00 per month

Location: Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya

• Conveniently accessible via LRT Ara Damansara Station
• FREE shuttle service from the LRT station to the office on a selected schedule

Job Scope:

• Delivering excellent customer service to customers via inbound/outbound calls, live chat & email;
• Taking ownership to solve challenges faced by customers and clients’ partners;
• Assist and resolve customers’ inquiries with general concerns related to company’s products/services

Working Hours:

Shifts: Monday to Sunday (morning, afternoon, and night shifts)

Schedule: 5 working days with 2 days off (based on shifts)

Daily Hours: 9 hours per day (8 working hours + 1-hour break)

Earliest Shift: Starts at 7 AM

Latest Shift: Ends at 3 AM

Requirements:

• Possessed and passed SPM with at least minimum credits for BM and Sejarah;
• Fresh graduate/SPM leavers are encouraged to apply;
• Intake date: 21/8/2024 & 28/8/2024
• No experience needed; full training provided;
• Candidates with previous call center background will be an added advantage;
• Excellent command of English both spoken and written.
