Job Description
As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Your main duties will include resolving customer issues and inquiries via phone, email, or live chat. You will also need to keep accurate records of customer interactions, follow up on requests, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments if necessary.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A friendly and patient attitude is essential, along with strong problem-solving abilities. Experience in a similar customer support role is preferred.
