Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join BRAINHUNTERS WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls regarding customer inquiries and complaints.
- Exceed customer expectations through excellent service.
- Collaborate with the team to meet KPIs and SLAs.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English; Mandarin is a plus.
- 1 year of experience in the service industry preferred.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,400.00 – RM3,200.00 per month
