Job Description
Job Responsibility:
- Troubleshooting and solving existing technical issues according to the defined SLA timeline (Response time).
- Guiding customers with application functionalities, technical skills (SQL skills) to achieve zero repeat requests.
- Assisting the Project Team in resolving certain technical functions promptly.
- Working and communicating with the Tech Development team and Project team to solve customer issues in the system in a timely manner.
- Completing all support tickets according to SLA and highlighting any unresolved issues to the superior for further analysis.
- Setting up BLE Beacons and arranging for their delivery to customers based on confirmed orders and given timeline by the sales team.
- Solving customers’ technical issues promptly and according to SLA.
- Attending to change requests by customers (Reports/Customization).
- Ensuring positive customer experience and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Reducing customer complaints and achieving zero repeat complaints.
- Keeping up to date with statutory regulations and calculations for the following countries: Primary: Malaysia and Singapore and Secondary: Philippines and Hong Kong.
