Job Description
Are you passionate about providing exceptional service to customers and resolving their issues? We are seeking a Customer Support representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Answering customer phone calls and emails promptly
- Listening to customers’ concerns and providing appropriate solutions
- Providing technical support for our products
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective and prompt problem resolution
- Recording all interactions and maintaining accurate customer records
